Analysis of the Korean version of the Personality Assessment Inventory Characteristics in Patients with Traumatic Brain Injury

Abstract
This study was to analyze characteristics of the Korean version of the Personality Assessment Inventory in patients with traumatic brain injury. This study investigated the descriptive statistics, correlation, cluster analysis, and the factor structures of the Korean version of the Personality Assessment Inventory in 149 patients with traumatic brain injury. The results showed that the highest mean clinical scale elevations were somatic complaints, and the most common configural profiles, based on duster analysis, were duster 8(somatic complaints, anxiety), cluster 3(alcohol problems, somatic complaints), and cluster 4(antisocial features, depression). Factor analysis indicated three-factor model. The implications and limitations of the present study were discussed.
